How are the rotors on the front? Have you had them checked to make sure they are not warped? If they are that could be what starts off the wobble.

I would imaginge that the more caster you have the more weight it would move. In theory, you are actually picking up on a corner when you are steering. Also more caster the harder it is to steer (escpecially when using manual steering) so you might not be as quick to steer out of a problem because o...

That does sound like a caster angle problem. Caster is the angle that is responsible for high speed stabillity. If you don't have enough caster set into the front end, what will happen is that going down the track under power the caster angle goes positive because of angles the car is in(nose up).On...

Most shift kits(like your B-M transpak ) already do it for you with the different separator plate they supply. I tow a 24 ft enclosed with my 2500 hd with the 6.0liter with 4.10 gears. the trailer weighs 8600 lbs. fully loaded ready for a race. I use to tow the same trailer with a 93 chevy 1500 with a 350ci. The 1500 would tow it but it wasn't comfortable. I also went through a couple trannys in the 1/2 ton....

Oh yes that would be a brutal launch in a drag car on asphalt. However I should have mentioned the slip factor of mud. Tranny brake
Currently I have a th400 that I foot brake. I also have a 5600 stall convertor behind a 622 injected bbc with a 400 hp shot of nitrous all in at launch. I know a tranny brake will make my car more consistant, but what esle can it do for me? What are some of the benefits of having one.
