i have a 96 pace with 3500lb axles and 10k leaf springs and i pull a 3500 lb car. this was a "great deal" trailer that i bought used. i put new tires on it when i got it. it tows great for me but if i had to go out and order/buy a new trailer it would have at least 5k axles in it. watch ho...

this problem i am having happens withought any warning and it wont rev or make power my jets are currently 74/84 which is very close to where i should be at. you can feel the car slow down in 2nd and 3rd. in first gear it pulls hard right up to 7500( i normally shift at 6800) timing is back to 38*

they are a gray color at the electrode and show some tan at the porcelain

after changing a bunch of fuel parts,carb,regulators,etc. i have concluded that my fuel system is not at fault. i find that this condition occurs during hot days ; when it is cooler ambient air temps the problem doesnt normally occur. during one pass, it started to lay down hard and all of a sudden ...

i am going to install a bypass regulator on my fuel distribution block, go through the carburetor and make a few more passes;i will post my results

no miss and the trans is tight and fresh; it feels like fuel to me because it just goes flat. has anyone seen this kind of condition from a fuel system like this. i used a mallory 140 pump for years with a number 8 line and never had any issues; i upgraded to this fuel system and its been a headache...

by taking the bypass off of the pump assembly, will this put excessive load on the pump considering the amount of fuel the pump has to push at 25+ psi during launch??

is there any advantage to blocking off the bypass at the pump and installing a bypass regulator on a fuel distribution log up front? i currently have the bypass at the pump and 2 mallory 4207 regulators on a fuel log up front. any suggestions,ideas, critics, etc? 1 regulator is for the carb, the oth...

i had the same problem. so i put a copper washer on the inside and no washer on the outside. plus i used a very slight amount of permatex( the stuff that doesnt harden and doesnt get eaten up by fuel) i did this 1 year ago with zero leaks now
