Those of you that run the calvert split monos, just curious what your spring rates are and what your corner weights are on the car?
Thanks

Re: multileafs to split monos
No complaints on how the car works.
Got my new motor in, car went a new best of 606@111, was going 1.29-1.30 sixties.
I am one of those people that believes I can always find a way to make it better.

Re: multileafs to split monos
Anybody know what the spring rate for stock multileafs are? From what I have read, they are in the 125-150 range. The new monos are 205.
Thanks

Re: Interesting video vantage point of my car
The camera snaps into those sticky mounts, and there is a little bit of play in them. So I just ran a bead of superglue around the base and it took all the slack out of it. Yes, It moves a ton, To me it looks like it over extends on the initial hit. Was going to put a little more preload in it. Mine...

Re: Interesting video vantage point of my car
Next plan is to mount it on top of the rear end on one side looking down and across the pinion. I want to get the caltrac bars in the frame.
The play in the mount is where it snaps into into those stick on bases. I have a plan to take it out.

Re: Coil over springs
Hey all, found out the QA1 has increased there selection of springs. They agreed that it sounds like one of my springs is going soft. So I will be replacing my 10 inch 350 springs with a 11 inch 300 springs see if I can get a little more stored energy.

Coil over springs
Hello All, I have an issue with one of my coil springs, I think it may be going soft and wanted to get some advice. Re: Anti Roll bar questions
The first time it happen, I was on old tires, chocked it up to that. The tires that were on it this weekend only had 20 passes on them. It happens right after the peak g-force on the logger.
I guess I will try it and see what happens.

Re: Anti Roll bar questions
Interesting idea about the turning right, All the tracks I race at turn right. I also have noticed to that when I get back to the pits, the left side tire always looks cleaner. I am looking for more consistancy, At one of the tracks I race at, car for no apparent reason, will drive out 4-5 feet and ...
