"No I won't be buying a spare, but I will have my spare power master 16v battery in the trailor with cables for those just in case times. For you guys that have never ran a 16v battery you really need to try one!"

Towmaster now makes a 225 15" 10 ply rated trailer tire. They weren't cheap but neither is my trailer, truck, race car, etc. the last time I had one of the 8 ply's come apart it did $2000 damage to the trailer. They only had 3000 miles on them and 3 years old.

Car placement over the axles will affect fishtailing but the sway caused by wind gusts can be minimized by using friction sway controls with a WD hitch. Some trailers can even use two, one on each side of the tongue. They're cheap these day so why not be safe?
