what is better for drag?? and whats the price they usually run??

its an 83 olds cutlass with a 73 buick 455 rocket... and i will take my battery to a auto store and have them check the battery....

i am wantin to put a 4 or 5 speed tranny behind my buick 455 rocket..... what trannys will fit?

well i was gunna go from the dist. to a switch then to the battery.... then from the starter a button or a momentary switch to the battery.... but its running an old school sbc alternator (atleast thats what it looks like)..... and i need it to still be street with lights and stuff..... so i figure ...

okay so i need help hookin up this car up to a flip-a-switch and push-a-button start but still be able to be legal to drive it down the road and have the altinator.. idc if its jimmy rigged all to hell..... anyone got any tips???? Jordan Knapp

hey there... the names jordan knapp... ive been watchin drag racing for maybe 6 or 7 years... atm i am driving and racing a 1983 olds cutlass with a 455 rocket(mildly built), 8 3/4 rearend (with 3.55 gears), it runs 13.4s 1/4 mile.... but i plan on swappin out some parts and makin it go faster..... ...
