When I first pull into the water box I 'pop' the throttle and turn the tires over to coat them. Then roll out and start the burnout. I use the same routine as sc racing. I run a TH350 and use 1st gear just to initially get the tires spinning, burn through 2nd, and pull out of it in 3rd. I usually fe...

O.K. I need a little help in the rear suspension deptatment as well. I am running stock multileafs with slapper bars and 10 year old shocks from auto zone. I have been sold on the Cal Tracs and am placing my order soon. I just need some help with one thing: I need to know the stock measurement from ...

I am curious as to the difference between Cal Tracs and Slide-a-Links? Do they even compare?

Lot of good info being thrown back and forth here. I have been trying to decide if to install Cal Tracs. I am running the ole' slapper bars with multileaf springs setup. It has seemed to do well so far, but I am under the impression that 60ft. times will drop some and become more consisitent with Ca...

We use a slight overlay to tack them on. These panels we used were complete as well. We just did some inspecting and found most of the metal usable. The areas on top of the wheel well and down behind the tires were shot. We just decided to trim the panels down as to not get into dealing with too man...

Here are some pics of the progress. They are a little out of order. I am still not good with computers. I plan on starting a new thread under General with some more pics so I can get some input and advice from everyone.

Hey, if anyone subscribes to Chevy High Performance, check out page 116 (I think that's the right page). My Nova made the Showplace in the current issue. I haven't seen it yet (I don't get my issues in the desert) but my friends back home are mailing me one. I didn't think it would actually make it,...

Thanks for posting this. I have had an issue with plug wires to close to my headers. I am definitely going to get me some of these. I was glad to see that they mentioned on their sight about not losing spark energy. Quality plug wires cost to much to not invest.

I had this same type of problem a while back. People watching me launch would see my taillights dim and sometimes even go out as soon as I would leave. I would get about 4 passes in and the car would lose its charge. At the time I was running one Optima red top in the trunk, a stock replacement alte...

Nice!! A friend of mine just picked up a '67 Chevelle that we are replacing both rear skins on. It is our first time doing it. We used the Goodmark panels. That fist cut was pretty scary. We spent forever trying to find him a '67 and ended up going to Kansas from Texas to pick one up. Do you just ke...

Not sure of the weight. The hood is the only fiberglass on it. I am looking into fiberglass bumpers. I know the 73 and 74 Nova bumpers were made to stop a runaway bus. The driver seat is the only interior, and I finally dropped the stock tank for a 5 gal. fuel cell.

Info needed on 5.7 litre Hemi induction

I am wondering were to find the conversion for fuel injection to carb for the new Hemi. I can't seem to find anything on where to buy. I am extremely new to Mopar stuff, so I am sure I just don't know where to look. Also, does anybody know how difficult it would be to drop the fuel injected version ...

I am living right now in Abilene, Tx. I have a 1974 Nova. I would like to have the '68 to '72 front end, but I l...
