The mufflers are dynomax splitflow race mufflers. I don't know how it sounds yet, I still have to wire the car and hook up my ignition and guages.

I just found out tonite the normal powermaster bracket won't fit, well it will if you buy an additional 30.00 spacer kit for it. It would have been nice if they had included that little bit of info so I didn't have to pay their handleing fee twice.

I may be wrong but I'm pretty sure you can run a broze gear on any camshaft, but you have to run one on a billet roller cam. If the oil pump is to tight(high volume, high pressure pump) it will cause increased wear on the gear. If your concerned I have a new iron gear I took off my distributor I can...

Well I have been working on other areas of the car and right now it's back at the chassis shop getting exhaust put on it. I was looking at it with my chassis guy and we decided it would probably just be easiest to drill and tap the bolt holes in the block and buy a standard snug mount kit. If I put ...

I just put a similar set of seats in my 68 camaro, I just spent less than 20.00 and bought some 1 inch angle iron. The seats have a wider mounting bolts across but they aren't as long front to back so I just welded the angle iron in a square and bolted the seats to it. It was very easy to do and it ...

I ran an iron headed smallblock on my old car with the comp engineering shocks and the moroso sb springs and the front end was very light. I had to cut alot off of them to get the ride height I wanted, but they worked great for the money I had in them.

I run a gm 400 block, I know it's probably not long for this world, but what the h&#@, my engine makes a little over 500 to the tires on the motor alone. I am only spraying a 200 shot with a second stage of a 50 shot, just in case. I built the motor 2 yrs ago and made 2passes and twisted my rear...

Alternator mount question

I need to mount an alternator on my car. I run a electric water pump and no other accessories. My engine block doesn't have the bolt holes on the drivers side to mount the standard low mount kit, does anyone have a suggestion on what I should do?

I used a piece of 1 and 1/2 inch aluminum plate and made an L bracket for the head. I had to use a spacer to make the bracket clear my valve covers. thanks for the compliments.
