Re: Check this out.

I assumed he meant the way it's built. Alot of other ladder bars are adustable the way that one is. For what its worth, I don't like having the adjuster on the top.

Re: Check this out.

Nice, but I don't see any positives other than if you have a low floor pan to clear.
David, Do you make any control arms for my 79 Camaro?
I'm sorry but I do not right make them right now. Things may be changing to where I can build them by mid to late summer.

Re: Control Arm and Manual Rack Questions..

I decided to put rod end in my lowers because it does not cost much more to do it. It gives you more adjustability in case you need it. Do you need it? Most likely not. It's just a nice feature to have. The rack conversion will work with anyones a-arms. You may have to alter the location of the rack...

Re: is it possible.

This is my Chevy II and basically they are the same as the Mustang. It's kind of hard to tell in this pic but all I did was cut away all the shock tower that was above the upper a-arm mounting holes. I did my snout bar different than most, but you could run yours over the upper a-arm and have a plac...

Re: Help a noob with ladder bars ... please

If you have 1 degree of pinion angle now, I would just drop the bars one hole and run it. You can have up to around 4 and be ok. I think dropping the bars one hole will not give you more than 3 more degrees.

Re: Help a noob with ladder bars ... please

It's hard to say, but for sure tighten the rear shocks next time out if they are loose now. Going down with the bars may help, if you do that, leave the shocks like you have them now. After a few hits, tighten them up and see what happens. It's a crap shoot without seeing the car leave or having som...

Re: Help a noob with ladder bars ... please

What kind of shocks do you have and what is the angle of your ladder bars now? Level, up, or down?

Damn John, I hate to hear this. Let me know on the a-arm, I'll get you something out quickly if you want to get it back together before the end of the season.

I believe mine is a 12 ton. I'll look when I get there. Don't forget to get you a good bearing splitter and some of the heavy steel pressing spacers.

If I understand you right, you think the 4 link crossmember measures 3/16 to 1/4 further back on the right in actual measurement- not a split amount . If that is the case, and if it were mine I would split it on the four link bars. Pull the right side forward 1/8" and push the left side back 1/...
