Best ET, with no tuning was an 11.87 @ 113, best light of the day, .0001 (there was lots of luck there). I have a whole new list of tasks to do to lower the car some, and thinking abo...

Re: Pumping Brakes
Hey, I did my brakes and converted to rear disks, the guy from Classic Tube told me to put the prop valve in the rear? Is that not correct?
I have the line lock and then a T connectore and going to both lines, and the back is to the prop valve and straight back to the T Connector in the rear.

Re: SLICKS not holding Air
Thank you Bruce. I think I will go to the tire shop and take the tubes out, one is good one isn't, I don't run rim screws. There is a sleeve in there that wasn't tight, so Last night, I tightened both valve stem pieces and set the air at 20lbs, I'll check it after work today. if they are bad, then I...

Re: Ed aka 1320 racer - Ban or no ban?
I appreciate all the help everyone gives here. But when the attacks seem to start to go personal, then there is a problem. I kinda got urked at the "I have a college degree" so? And the farmer that feeds you doesn't? No offense, but I would rather be well fed than have balanced books, or n...

Re: Alcohol versus Gas
How much compression can you run with the E85? since it has gas do you have to run any different oil? I run all aluminum lines, so no problem there, I know that you have to change the metering blocks/jets(do you use alcohol jets?) Is the E85 worth the extra power over race gas? I know there is a big...

Re: How Much is a .030 327 worth?
Its a 69 327, and a two bolt block, so I think its the large journal. I think the 67 and earlier are the small journal correct? I think the earlier motors have the press on balancers, this one is a bolt on. If I don't sale it, I was thinking of looking at a set of Vortec heads. This motor comes aliv...
