Re: To cut or not to cut....

Do not heat with a torch to desired level. That will ruin the spring. If youve ever taken a spring out thats been heated its not a spring its just a big worthless crooked melted thing. I run coilovers on the front of my car but Ive always heard the moroso springs usually need trimed to get the ride ...

Re: New Crankshaft

When I bought my crank it was either lunati or callies I ended up going with a callies. Ive never been impressed with eagle cranks. There always to tight when you put them in they need alot of work out of the box.

Re: Nitrous bottle heaters

I use a homemade water heater. I put a hot water heater heating element in a cooler. It works great just doesnt have a thermastat you have to pull the bottles out when there at the pressure you want. I only have like 10 bucks in it so I like it compared to the 3 or 4 hundred you can spend on the oth...

Re: Dont laugh too loud!

The money you would spend upgrading the 10 bolt wouldnt pay off in the long run. Im sure your going to want to go faster than 10's we always do. When you get to the 10's you'll want to go 9's and eventually you'll be making the kinda power to break that upgraded stuff in the 7.5 ten bolt. Id put a l...

Id go blue if the firewalls body color it would look best having the core suport body color too in my opinion. Thats how my car is and I dont really have any chiping scratching problems from working on the car at the track.

Re: Chassis/cage cert. price

Around here a chassis cert is $100-$110 I paid $100 for mine. I cant see why they would cost more in different areas. Mine is just a 8.50 cert does a 25.5 cert cost more?
