I got the blocks from supernova, they are just 1" thick aluminum. Drilled a hole in them and put a bolt all the way through the block and the spring for the spring locator. I changed the rear tires, they are now M/T 29.5x10.5S on 12" rims, fronts are still 26x15's... The only thing I chan...

I dunno Phil? I'm sure there probably is a way to design it to use a bearing in some way. I would have to sit down and think how to do something like that. I can't picture it right now. The bushings work pretty well, I got them from McMaster Carr Thanks John, I'll grab my catalog and start thumbing...

Phil the way yours is setup it appears to me there is too much friction between the spring pocket and the washers/plates. It probably gets considerably harder to rotate when you tighten the spring bolt down. My setup is different, I have those plates on the outside of the spring hanger and I use br...
