Just have Jeff tear it the rest of the way off. Then get out your .080 6061T6 and trace the mirror base on it and cut it out. A couple of stainless finish bolts and end of problem. Actually both rear views together account for 2% of your total frontal area and is worth more than .00001mph. But I lea...

timing

actually, you can use more timing with methanol. it is very resistant to detonation.
i am saying that with my combination, more timing and more power is completely unusable.

my conventional headed 400 sbc with a procharger and big blow thru carb, will bend the connecting rods with 17* timing.
with 34* timing, it will be so agressive you can't touch the throttle without blowing the tires off.
25* seems about the middle ground that is usuable.

John,
The hot ticket for that big inch nitrous combination is a single holley 4781 850 double pumper. it will create super torque and your car will launch like an animal.

i did the same thing on my production block. works great, no drawbacks even for some street driving.
tip, if you make it a little runny, it fills the voids very well and still sits up very hard in 1 day.

The true 28 x 10.5 M/T on a 10" rim measures close to the posted numbers.
10.5 psi of course.
10.5 to 10.6 tread
88-89 circumference
about 12" on the section width.
The stiff sidewall tires do not grow as much on the big end.
