Yes, was just over at WIR for the shoot out race last week. For a test n' tune track prep, I think KCIR is one of the best around this area. I'm not certain about Tulsa, I know it typically hooks real good on race days but not certain how much prep they do on test n' tune. MoKan was decent this last Friday, they sprayed it to the 1/8th mile.
Probably the small block springs are what you want, but it certainly wouldn't hurt to weigh it and see where it's at before you order some.
