Drag Shocks
I'm in the market for a new set of drag shocks. My car is a 68 Camaro, stock front end and tubbed, ladder bar/ mono leaf set-up in the rear. As of now I have been running stock AC Delco shocks and I broke the pass. side front last year after a 5 foot wheelstand off the line. Just wondering if anyone's running Comp. Engineering adjustables and how they compare to the Lakewood non adjustable 90/10 front and 50/50 rears.
Re: Drag Shocks
You'll have better results with an externally adjustable shock that you can make quick changes to between rounds. Its a pain having to remove a shock like the CEs to adjust them. Plus, three-way adjustment isn't enough to really fine tune things.

Re: Drag Shocks
Yes I second what Craig said...I have the KONI SPA-1's and those have to be removed, compressed and then finally turned to soften/harden the settings. It's a pain in the ass and makes me all itchy from laying in the grass :)

Re: Drag Shocks
The comp engineering shocks arent very good. If your like me and cant afford the dble adjustables then go with the lakewoods. They been working so far on my car.
