help with my car weights

i have a 1969 sbc (379) street strip car. mostly strip.
i have backhalved the car with a 4 link kit from comp eng
and tide in the subframe,90/10 lakewood shocks front 3 way adj rears (comp eng)

i built everything on my own except for the diff, when it was shortened i was talked into putting the rear coil over shocks on an angle, due to driving on street.
i think thats the other thing i regret is no adjustable coils on this car just swap in the coils.

the car is 3040 with me in the driverseat.
left front is 960 right front is 800
left rear 605 right rear 675

i dont know if i can admit this but i have a set of moroso trick springs in the front i ordered the lightest springs they had for a nova, when i installed them the car sat another 3 inches higher than my hotchics springs i had,
i was going to use the technique dave has in his chassis book where he bakes the coils, but i was barley able to put my spring compressor between the windings as it was.and was afraid of coil bind.
so i did the unspeakable and cut the coil on the right front.
but then when i get in the car it will level out the driverside.(without the left front cut)

so im wondering if my weight on LF and RR are so much higher because of the LF coil not being cut down?

should i cut the LF the same amount as the RF to balance out the suspension?

or can it be caused by my 4 link being preloaded in the car right now?

the car drove and braked dead straight last year, before new front springs and a ride height adjustment to match front height.

my 72 is 2870 with me and fuel
i spent a lot of time with scales and found that you need to look at how much difference is caused by you being in the car and the car being empty certainly having different spring rates will affect it
depending on how responsive your suspension is when its on the scales i found a big gain just by making sure all the joints and mounts were level and working well with no bind.

would the LF coil be the cause since the install hight is more than the RF because i only cut th RF spring?

so thr RF has a lower install height and a stiffer spring rate

LF and RR are always going to be different than the same sides because if you add or remove weight it effects it diagonally
across the car
I cant comment on your set up as i have a multi leaf no traction bar setup but its running 9.8*@144-146 so it working quite well

looks like the spring rate is having an adverse effect on weight distribution does your weight come out the same as the difference you have if not it could be there is some binding going on
I am sure Dave or Billy can guide you better but left to right weights are more important than totals also the static weight does not stay the same once you move Billys website has some really helpfull stuff on this

well i went out side today and cut the LF coil to the same size as the RF.
my ride height in the front is bang on now,

so that coil was trying to over extend causing twist.

ill go back out later to redo my scale. at least it looks level now.....
car was looking as if i twisted the frame, maybe one day ill make enough power to do it...lol
