Get a set of the regular AFCO double adjustables for the rear..

On the front if your shocks are topped out out and the ride height of the car is where you want it, you will need to move the shocks mounts or install longer shocks to get the front end travel that you need,

Most of your problem hooking is because of the front end, get it fixed and most of your problems will be simple.

today i was serching for the travel off the suspencion as you told me i only have 2" per side so thats teh first issue i found

the second was that my shock at full extencion have only 14" and compress have 10" with the 450" springs ill neve going to transfer the weight right

so i was thinking inorder a set of QA1 single adjustable to the front with 20" full extencion and 13" compres and the 250#-350# to try wich one its the best to my setup

and for the rear a set of afco off the ones you recomend me with the 150# coil

thanks a lot for your help and time as soon i get the new setup ill post you some pics and info off the new setup

thanks a lot

alberto

Can post a pic of the front end??

I would suggest taking the front springs off of the shocks mount the bare shocks back on the car and see just how much front end travel is there, 4 inches of total shock travel will give 7-8 inches of front end travel on alot of cars.. So you may not have to replace the front shocks. but the front end may set lower which can be corrected some by a taller tire. the shock you are looking would give ALOT of front end travel but would also probably raise the front end when you put them on. A 5 inch travel shock is pretty common for a front shock.. So see if you can work with what you have first by putting on a lighter front spring..

On the rear a 125 pound spring should be plenty, you need to measure the center to center on the shock you have right now and purchase a shock that will allow you to run it 60% compressed with where your ride height is right now. Do not buy a rear shock with less than 5 inches the 7 inch stroke are preferable if you can make them work.
