Here is a shot of the other side of the ladder bar that you circled above. As you can see from this side it is just a bracket wrapped around the bar for the diagonal bar.I have the bar removed at the moment.

yup by the time it makes it to the other end of the bar it becomes alot more drastic.
strange place for the diagnal bar normally they come off the rod end bolt i'm not saying it's wrong or won't work i just prefer it from bolt to bolt

ok lets try something take off the shocks and try to put both front bars in the same hole on the brackets and see if you can level the rear end with no bind. if not you should pull it out and set it level on some jack stands and put a stand under the yoke and measure from the floor up to each rod end on the end of the ladder bar and also use a angle finder on the bottom of each bar.
i know this is a crude way to check it out but might be the simplest to get a idea where to start

Once again, thanks for the help.I really appreciate it.
I could not get the rear level in the car even with the shocks un bolted.I now have the rear out of the car sitting on jack stands level side to side. The right side ladder bar is 3/4" lower than the left side in the front.I placed an angle finder on the rear of the brackets and they are dead even side to side.
I can get the bars level by adjusting the upper right rear rod end where it attatches to the housing bracket but then it is about 7 full turns in from the other rod ends.....but it is level.I assume this is not acceptable to have one rod end that far turned in compared to the others.
It almost seems like there is something wrong/bent with one of the ladder bars itself???

Are you sure you don't have a bent rod end or bent ladder bar? Something could be bent and you may not see it.......

if you need to replace the bars do to being bent i am pretty sure they are art morrison bars from what i can tell from the picture's.
but if you can adjust the bars to be level with the rod ends there is nothing wrong with doing that either unless you can see the damage is obvious or you don't have enough threads left in the bars. just make sure when your done your pinion angle is right after you have the car sitting where you want it.then you should be good to go
i hope it all works out so you can get to the track and have some fun
