pinion angle and wheelbase

#1 Post by mikeT » Sat Mar 31, 2007 3:52 pm

I'm getting ready to set my pinion angle on my car. I have been told 2 to 4 degrees is what I want. Its a ladderbar car, Does the cars wheelbase make a difference? Mine is 90", my ladderbars are 30", and my driveshaft is only a little over 2 foot in length.

I would think, less than 2* neg in relation to the trans center line.
Shouldn't be very much flex in a ladderbar car.
