looking at a 06 crewcab 2wd duramax long bed vin above anyone have access to carfax? only 23,000miles asaking 26,000 thinking about offering 23500

well i bought the truck today 25000 plus they were giving away those cheap lil china atv 250 cc not quite 23000 miles whats the best upgrades to start with looking at the k&n cold air intake also changing the trans and rear diff and coolant trucks 4 yrs old i know low miles but would like to start out with all new what oils etc any good duramax sites truck still has lots of warr. left so nothing to change that
