How to Phase your Rotor - Video

MSD Just put this up, good info on Rotor Phasing so it's all lined up when using retards. If you're pulling timing out when running Nitrous this is pretty important. Joe doesn't show how to do it with a crank trigger but those are pretty easy, you just move the distributor until the rotor tip lines up.

I've found that I've gotten really close by rolling the crank around to the amount of advance I'll have with the step retards triggered and then moving the distributor to line up with the leading edge of the rotor. When I double check it with a light, it rarely needs any adjustment.
