Well I got a call from Shafiroff today, it wasn't Scott put at least Vinny called. After talking about what was in both of our interests we came to a mutual agreement as far as compensaion is concerned. He said he will send out a package for me today. While is was difficult for both parties it is now resolved. 8-)

I would like to thank Vinny and Scott for there offer to resolve this issue. :-)

After reading about your difficulties, I sure as hell hope mine doesn't leak like yours. Mine would have been in and running last weekend if I hadn't have broken my bellhousing.

Well if it does leak at least you know how to fix it, only takes a few minutes once you know what to do! What happened to your bellhousing? :?

I'm sure it will be good but do let us know what happens. :-) The internet is a powerful tool for all of us to use to help each other out with problems.

I wish I had gotten a Dart block! Looks like we got the last of the Merlins that they used before the switch to Darts. :?
I hope I don't have any other problems once racing seasons starts.

We didn't have any problems either as both Brad and my engines were dynoed. The problem occured when he had his engine home and running for about 1/2 hour. I'm still waiting for my Ultrabell to arrive so I can finally get mine in to see if it leaks. Your buddy probably won't have any issues because of the Dart block.

Did you get yours up and running yet? I hope you don't have any "issues"!

Mine is alive and well! 8-)
Still only have a few miles on it as the winter has been really bad here in Ontario. Starts right up and idles nicely when warmed up and no LEAKS!!!!!!!!! :D

Here is a video of it running.

Looks like this weekend for a few days, above 0C and sunny! :D I am hoping to drive it around the block a few times if the roads are dry. 8-) We got dumped with 40cm (16in) of snow last week! Spring has been slow in coming and the winter was quite harsh.

Won't have it out to the track until May. Got to put a few miles on it first on the street.

Do you have any further information about this problem?

Your right 582 does sound COOL! 8-)
