Has anyone heard of the Xceldyne timing belt drive system? And if so what do you know about them?

I have not heard of them, but that is a carbon copy of the Jesel setup on my car. Speaking of which, does anybody have an extra small block snout crank pulley? :?:

Yes, I used one on the 447 SBC I put together in 08 that is now in my brothers Vette, I also have one currently in my 461 SBC. Very well made, the only thing you want to ignore in the instructions is using ARP lube on the center cam bolt to torque. Use nothing but red Loctite. After a year we had it come loose, even though it was torqued properly and it is also a reverse thread bolt.

That is one of the CV Products belt drives. Very nice pieces we have used many of them without any issues.
It is different from Comp and Jesel belt drives.
