If you are looking at Dart, I can tell you I have the 325 Pro 1 heads and the 355 CNC Pro 1 heads on my car. I had the 325's on a 509 and went 9.50 with them at 3150 lbs. So I think you are right on in the 310 area for a 468 if you choose that route. I did however, buy the castings bare, and put all the parts I wanted in them.

I got a pretty good deal on some brodix 312 race right bare so I think I'm going that rout, thanks for the info ray appreciate it.

IMO a 310-320 cc head would do a great job. My heads started out as Dart Pro-1 325 on 525 ci motor worked over by Mike Stark at CFM performance. They are now on a 572 ci motor and are around 400 cc's work on by Mike.

You don't want to be playing these videos in front of children, very colorful language is used to describe the workmanship of mass produced aftermarket racing heads.
