Valve cover clearance problems

Guys, Problem after problem. I went to button up the top of the engine and the nice fabricated aluminum "Ohio Crankshaft" valve covers hit the stud girdle. I have the dart girdle and it appears I need at least 3.5" valve covers. Does anyone know of a good 4" fabricated aluminum valve cover that has a rail and can utilize the small studs (being they are loctited into place)? It also would be nice if they already have the provision for a breather.
