nitrous regulator question

hi all, i have a question i am running a seperate fuel pump for my nos fogger system with 125 shot , its a black holley 140gph i am currently running a mallory 2 port regulator #4207 with no return , can i use the 3 port return style mallory#4307 to return the fuel to my fuel cell and what size line should i run . going to the 2 port right now is a -8 line from the pump, thanks

Sure run the pump you have. As for the reg. You can put a 3 port on that pump and run at least the same size return as your feed line.

after i install the 3 port should i flow test it again because with the dead head 2 port i was running i set the fuel pressure at 8.5psi and when actavating the nitrous the pressure would drop to 6 psi which was right on . cause i heard with a return style regulator you set it and it stays there it doesnt drop pressure and the fuel is cooler too is that true . thanks for your help.

Deffinetly flow test it. Usually you can set the pressure and thats what it will be flowing with the nitrous on. But you should check it.
