I am thinking about putting Nitrous, NX system, on my truck. Here is what i got

350, .030 over 2 bolt main block with ARP main and head studs
Crane Cam Part #111431
Brownfeild Heads 2.08 intake and 1.60? exhaust Valves, 210 runners?
Keuth Black Hypereutectic Pistons #KB209
Comp. is around 12 to 1
Scat 6.00" Pro Comp Rods with 7/16 ARP bolts
Eagle crankshaft
Holley Strip Dominator Intake
Mallory Ignition
1.5 Rockers on Exhaust and 1.6 on Intake

How Much Nitrous you think it will take?????????
1992 S-10
355 sbc, Powerglide, 9" rear end
6.60s 100mph 1/8 mile

I wouldnt spray much with the kb pistons.

I wouldn't go over 150hp with those pistons.

i was thinking about only putting 150 shot and that all. just like other to tell me what they think.
if change piston what you think about all others in motor

I wouldn't put any on those pistons. I have seen lots of them with the top ring land missing in chunks with just street driving. A set of forged pistons would be good with the 150 shot and the rest of the set up...

I had a set of those pistons in sbc 350 for about 4 years, Sprayed for two years . Worked good on a 150-180 shot for a long time.
Started putting 200 shot to and they lasted about 10 bottles
and the ring land broke off.
If you are not to greedy with the nos and make shure your timming and fuel pres, is good , You should be good. But if your buying a new set of pistons save the extra cash and buy forged pistons.

ok i going to change to forged pistons, think motor bo ok with 150 to 200 shot?
like to change cam too maybe a roller anyone got any ideal. i am not a engine builder just a old hotroder
