what gives with diffrent types of jets-flare,funnel etc...

i just found these jets,ive never seen these before,are they for nitrous plate use?if so what is diffrence and which is best?

The entry and exit angles and shape can all affect fuel and nitrous flow rates. The main thing that controls the flow rate is the hole size, but say at .028 jet with no flare compared to a jet with a flare, the one with the flare is going to flow a little bit more. While it wouldn't make a big difference on a plate, you would want to avoid mixing jets (flares/no radius/chamfered) on a fogger for example.
