i have a question that may seem dumb but is sort of a debate between some racers at my local track. On my luv and my 4 door nova i have a 1" spacer under the carb with the n2o plate being between the carb an the spacer some of my friends  say the plate should be between the intake and the spacer. I just figured with it being right below the carb the n2o had another inch to atomize with the fuel and have had no problems doing it this way for years now. has anyone out there done it either way and seen any improvements.

Not for sure but, here's a thought........ If the holes in spray bars of the plate are angled directionally at the intake runners without a spacer, you might be creating an impedence to a direct shot down the intake runners.
