Ford 9" Oil Change

Anybody have any info on changing oil in a 9"? Can you siphon the old oil out of the filler plug hole or do you have to break the bolts on the center section?

Some of the early housings had a drain plug in the bottom otherwise,you will have to pull the axles and remove the pumpkin to thoroughly drain/clean it.
