Dedenbear power glide trans question

Has anyone messed with the trans brake adjustment bolt on back of trans by the brake solinoid. It has 7 adjustments to control how fast the trans dumps the reverse clutch pac. Im trying to help get the drag radials to hook on intial trans brake release. Best 60foot on motor is 1.28, but inconsistant at that rpm release.
