rear bkakes on

I has driving the car to the track and went to lower psi and both rear wheels were hot. the brakes in the rear just rub like their on all the time. I recently but in a line lock. I have 4 wheel disk chevy master and disk disk prop valve. I blocked off one of the front brke ports the other goes to the lock then t's the front brake line. ?
