I had the same problem with my strange master cylinder. I bled the crap out of those things at the calipers after letting it gravity bleed. Still had the problem you had. Then I had someone pump the pedal up and i cracked the lines loose at the master cylinder to bleed them some more and PROBLEM was SOLVED after doing this a hand full of times. I didnt bench bleed mine....

IT'S FIXED!!!!!!!!! :thumb: It was the rod, it wasn't long enough. I made another rod for it and it's fixed................

Wasn't the rod they supplied long enough either?

See if you would own a Camaro, you wouldn't have this problem, it worked fine in mine....
