Need to upgrade axles

We broke a 31 spline axle (Moser) in 12 passes on Drag Radial tires and that is the axle Moser recommended. Went to 35 spline and now one of the axles is bent at the flange.

do c-clip eliminators widen the rear wheel width? Im about 1/8th inch from my fender.

Your axle width will stay the same the c-clip eliminators fit inside the drum.

yes, I had a 12bolt in my first nova that had eliminators installed after 2yr's of beating on the rearend and got a bit worried I'd see my axle pass me up.. 0.o and I did nothing to the setup but install them, no spacers or cutting of anything.

was kinda nice back then with that little motor compared to what I'm dealing with now-a-days..
