I dont know if its to give the nitrous guys an advantage or more for saftey reasons. Alex verettos (not sure about the spelling) went a 7.37 @ 209mph last year at MIR that down right gettin busy on a D/R.....twin turbo.. Those cas pull like hell on top end. :thumb:

That was a joke and there's been two cars in the 6.90's this year already. The main reason is chassis certs, cars are too heavy to be running that much mph.

I dont know that I would call it a joke, a full body car in FULL street trim 200.00+mph I personally don know anybody in real street around here that can even touch that.. E.T. maybe but not speed :attack: Oh and by the way its a small block car I know guys that are cheatin runnin close to 700 cubes that cant do sh*t :nutkick:

Re-Read the post the part about them giving us nitrous guys a break was a JOKE. By the way one of the cars that ran 6.90's was a small block twin turbo and the other was a bbc twin turbo!

What do you guys think the ET's will run in the new class? What do you think, should the record at Ozark be "reset" since the class is under new rules?
