'Nova envy' ? Chris, the laughing gas goes in the intake. And that'd be the *engine* intake btw, not *your* intake.supernova wrote:Welcome all to D/S. You will find that all the Camaro guy's have Nova envy but they are good guy's.

We'll put you on Team Camaro because "C" comes before "N", plus it's just a better car and the "others" are just plain jealous of us Camaro guys..

Re: You and your ride... Post it here get to know everyone...
Hey all,
My name is Jeff and I live in south central Ohio,I am 43 years old and I have three sons(24,21,and 20 yrs old) I am a pipewelder by trade and am national board certified with stick and TIG processes,I have been married for going on 25 yrs.
My ride is a 1976 vega that I bought stock and I have made all the additions to it myself,it has an all aluminum 406 sbc,1.80 powerglide, and a 9" with all Moser internals,it is an all steel car except the hood and its best time at the track is a 9.99@ 127 lifting around 1100" as the bolt on hood was separating into two pieces ,the converter is built for nitrous but the camshaft is not ,it has a NOS bigshot plate on it that has not been used, but we are hoping for 8.80's-9.0's on a 200 shot. The car is my street car and only goes to the track a couple times a year,I dident take it at all last year due to it getting inside 10.0 and needing additional safety equipment.
I am currently doing chassis/rollcage work for others and I have a full roundtube 7.50 s-10 chassis underway for someone.
I am hoping to meet all of you in the forum!
