Well lets see if this worked.

Haven't been on here lately but here's a little update on what the car is running now.
Had the heads ported a new cam and carb.
Two weeks ago at our bracket division finals I finally got my first 8 second pass. It went 8.9995@149.05 nice and cool in the morning. It ran 9.02-9.05 three consecutive days.
It's been a struggle this year but it finally paid off.

have a 1977 pontiac astre w/505 bbc enderle injected alky built completly by myself and my son,,he will be driving it next year ,,,,,i havent made a pass since 2004 due to multiple back surgeries ,,, maybe ill get one more pass in before i go ,,,,who knows?hope so ,,,may have to convert to land speed since we have maxton mile here in nc abt 125 miles away.
