rsracer - It was just a guess, we don't have too many Ford or Chrysler racers on here, plus the BBC/Stang crossbreds are starting to show up pretty often any more.
Welcome Nick - nice Chevelle, you can be a member of the 505 club here lol

Nope, it's on the engine stand waiting for it's new owner to pick it up. I'm in the process of building a new bullet.

Best I got out of it was a 8.77 and 155.87 (separate passes) on a 400 shot. I'm pretty sure that I could have got some more out of it after leaning it out a bit more. I think low 8.60's were doable but ran out of time to play with it. My 505 is a 427 tall deck, .100 over with a Callis dragonslayer crank, Lunati Steel Rods and off the shelf SRP 13.5:1 pistons. It pulled well past 8000 rpm due to a pretty good set of Pro Filer 24 degree heads that Mike Start at CFM ported for me.
New bullet will be one nasty son of a gun, it'll have the same heads on it (with more work done) but other details than that... well I can't let too much out of the bag, I have fellow competitors here
