whats a good 82-92 camoro setup to hook hard

i got a 1985 camaro withladder bars with sq tube frame up to the tube k-member with tub a-arms with stock springs and struts car is striped down with 10 point gage has sbc 9inch rear with 3-way drag shocks coil tires m/t 28 10.5 slicks attachment]springs hood is glass the rest is steel does any one know what it might weight and a good set up to hook hard
