Progress report...

Welp, since everyone else has been giving updates, I figured I had better get my butt to the shop and get some work done. The new front shocks are in and done. The third member is out and I need to get it out to be set up. I have a complete brake system, need to get it all plumbed. That will be next weekends to do list, but here is what I did this weekend.

Hey Hitch,

Im having a hard time thinking your vette with an aluminum headed, tunnel rammed big block is only going to run 10's......

So what's the deal here?

Bruce, its low compression and has a lot of cam. It was origonally set up to try and go low tens @ 3500 on little tires and a very loose strating line. So thats why the cam is profiled with long duration. It wont make much low end. But its also way, way lighter than 3500 now. I have been told it will go anywhere fron 9.50 to 10.80. So as far as what I think it will go...your guess is as good as mine.
