Ok, new converter is here BUT!

#1 Post by supernova » Thu Sep 29, 2011 9:05 pm

My car runs 6.30 N/A all day long with the bad converter and the track is having a 6.30 class Saturday night that pays $1000.00 to win, $500.00 RU, $200.00 semi, $100.00 to qu. $50.00 entry.

I think I'll leave the old converter in for this weekend and go racing.........

I say stick it to 'em...but Harry's logic is undeniable ;)

Rotflmao!!!!!!!

The old converter is great on motor only. I won't come apart. And like I said, my car runs 6.30 on motor only. Reaction times have been .040- .060. And ran 110-111 mph. My car should be a shoe in for the class.

It never reacted like that on drag radials I can tell you. It was more like .130's-.150's. I did move the ladder bars down a hole in the front, loosened the rebound a few clicks and put slicks on it. Maybe that's why the reaction was cut in half. Go figure!!!!!!!

Hey John,
I had some teens and .02's R/T last night. I bumped in more and cut it down some more.

I think I hurt the bad converter last night so no racing tonight...........

Bad Converter is out, new one is in and more testing this week to come........ I am so tired of testing they're converters. I feel like they need to be paying me to test converters for them.......This is the last one I'm trying. If this doesn't work better I'm moving on to a different converter company.

Man I hope it all works out and you don't have to do this again. Good luck.
