http://www.amazonsupply.com/ just launched. New source for industrial components like you might get from Digikey, McMaster Carr, Grainger etc.

Quick price comparison, a 1/4-28 1" long bolt, pkg of 50 from McMaster $8.49, They are $13.70 for 100 from Amazon. It does look like they have a lot of parts to add yet, like they don't have any Socket Head bolts yet.
