I would check with a local auto glass shop they may be able to help. All the windows in doors have holes for the regulaters to bolt to but I dont know if they are drilled after the glass is made or are in the "mold".

You can't drill tempered glass all the holes are drilled when the glass is still annealed it is then run through a furnace and then rapidly cooled. I have been installing autoglass for 16 years so don't try it.

You just need a Lexan back glass, you dont need a formed one, flat Lexan will work just fine. Also doesnt the S-10 use a rubber seal in the back? that would make installing lexan a snap. However, I have done trucks to where the back bars go out the cab above the glass, Hole saw the cab a little oversize and use some flexible urethane that is paintable to seal up around the bars

not sure if this is helpful
I used Percys speedglass lexan for my Nova it comes curved or flat and has enough excess to get a good trim fit
