Heavy Duty Engine Stands?

Re: Heavy Duty Engine Stands?
My engine hoist has wide legs so it's not a problem here. I have used a different hoist with my stand with a buddy's motor and all we did was extend the arm on the hoist, worked perfect........

Re: Heavy Duty Engine Stands?
I can probably move my picker arm out some, good idea. Don't remember what it's rated at extended, have to look. Guess if it starts to bend you know you went out too far! If I ever get a new shop built, I'm putting in a gantry crane so don't have to mess with that crap no more.

Re: Heavy Duty Engine Stands?
I have my engine on the stand now. I'll got some pics of it tonight and post them.
Sure do like the tractor pin. I will have to go by Tractor Supply and get one. Good idea John.

Here's my engine on the stand. The stand supports it nicely.
