Eastwood Welders/Plasma

Hi Everyone, I just had a question. The Eastwood Co. is selling TIG/Plasma combo for about 1000dollars. Or a Mig 175/Plasma for like 875, has anyone used their stuff? Is it a good welder for a home DIYer? I figured for the amount, the TIG / Plasma would be a great starter.
