There must be one hell of a cage in there

Man, I would lose my mind if my car does not come in under 3000 after all the money I dumped in it to lighten it up. I guess its a good thing he has an extra gnarly 572 to get it doen the track.

Re: WoooooHoooooo!!!! 3656 lbs
That weight is kind of shocking!
Here is our turbo sbc Nova before the intercooler and pipe which won't add alot more the cooler only weighs 40lbs but the water will weigh. We have also taken over another 100 out with a fiberglass dash,TRZ column, side door and frt Speedy glass and regulators. I weight 180 right now so I hope it stays under 3k race weight about 2900 and I think it will we have removed some other things and thinking of a smaller fuel cell right now.Intercooler is in the trunk over the rear tires.

That turbo makes the right frt heavy! But that will change with the intercooler and water in it.

That'll even it out some when you're in it, left side weight will go up more.

I think or hope it will balance out nicely. I feel it will be heavier rear with everything in it. As long as the block will stay together it helped a bunch. If I could afford a cable drive setup the fuel would be in the trunk also.

clear one says lexan saves 85lbs.
btw, supernova, thanks for helping me weigh my car. 3072 with driver.
if i had a couple of three gs, i could easily shave another 300 to maybe 400 lbs off
