New to the race scene

#1 Post by Racingred » Fri Aug 17, 2012 12:34 pm

I have a 1980 camaro I am building a drag car out of. I have a 327 bored 40 over with all the nice trick stuff done to it. I was wondering what transmission I should use? And does anyone know where I can buy a Fiberglass front clip for my car? If you have and answers or opinions that would help me out you can give me a call 817-304-9239. My name is Brandon Robinson I am only 17 so money is a bit of an issue. Thanks for your time!! :D

Use a good Turbo 350. Cheap, reliable and abundant. If money is an issue, don't bother with a fiberglass front clip. There will be better gains our there for your money.
