Re: Some Progress on the Nova
Very nice john. Glad to see you got her back out and had some good results.
I am not really sure what the question is, but I am pretty sure the answer is Big Block.

Hell yeah we do. A few of us tried to orchestrate one a while back, but it never happened. I hope a retry comes up and it happens.
All in favor of Hitch being the conductor of the DragStuff Race Orchestra say "aye".
I say "AYE".

So where is the "center of gravity" for Dragstuff active members?

Re: Some Progress on the Nova
You should be looking foward to trying your new setup out at a more...challenging track. Like Wichita!

Re: Some Progress on the Nova
My vote is for the East Coast, like at Cecil or Maple Grove?
Let's see, they are like 50 minutes from me vs. Kansas which is more likely a few days aways
You guys from Kansas always think about yourselves, must be something in the water out there or you guys watched Deliverance too much
Hey Mikey, congrats on the 5's.....

No, wheelie bars aren't allowed in our class.

I was thinking that you were running that single wheelie bar that Calvert Racing makes.
Guess not..

Re: Some Progress on the Nova
Thanks bro.....it was a nice unexpected surprise. Finally built a little comfort zone this past weekend driving after not having been down the track in over 20 years. That's what John and I were talking about. He felt a little out of sorts trying to get accustomed to all his new gadgets and doo-hickeys. The Big 'n' Bad Blue Nova looks like a cockpit of a rocket ship compared to mine. John busting off a 5.30 on a small tinkle of spray first time out was very impressive.Bruce69Camaro wrote:Hey Mikey, congrats on the 5's.....
Time to bolt in the blue bottle for next season in this overweight underpowered primered Chevelle.
