Any ideas on getting rotor bolts loose?

You know they are high priced when they say it right on their website and don't list any prices. No need in me even calling. Zero drag would be nice though.
So what are ways to improve the pad retracting on Wilwood, Aerospace, Strange, etc calipers?

Are there differently shaped blocker rings for the pistons that'll help pull the pads back?

GM used a square O-Ring in their Metric Calipers to improve on brake drag. I think most aftermarket use a round one though. I've heard it helps to shim the pads if they are wore somewhat. Not sure how much that helps.
I have another concept that should work, but it is ultra top secret go fast stuff. See your email...

John,
Are you replacing the rotors because of the hot spots on them ? I'm running the same aerospace components brakes that you are.

My Aerospace front calipers have square rings. Not sure about the Strange I have on the rear. I haven't had them apart.

Re: Any ideas on getting rotor bolts loose?
Really? I just rebuilt my front calipers last year and I'm pretty sure mine had round o-rings. I remember being ticked off because there were like .20 cent o-rings but they charge like $35 for the rebuild kit.
Yes, rotors were toast see pic above, lots of hot spots, little cracks all over the place, etc.

Maybe it was the Strange calipers that have the square rings. I don't recall taking them apart but maybe I did.

Re: Any ideas on getting rotor bolts loose?
Pretty new rotors, hats and pads showed up Monday, so that project is out of the way.
