Any body heard of drilling temperd glass
I talked to a tech man at chassis eng. about the roll cage placement on a 95 s 10 the guy said its gotta go through the back window he said have the window drilled the glass is tempered anybody heard of this if so where at? thanks guys

You just need a Lexan back glass, you dont need a formed one, flat Lexan will work just fine. Also doesnt the S-10 use a rubber seal in the back? that would make installing lexan a snap. However, I have done trucks to where the back bars go out the cab above the glass, Hole saw the cab a little oversize and use some flexible urethane that is paintable to seal up around the bars

I used Percys speedglass lexan for my Nova it comes curved or flat and has enough excess to get a good trim fit
