Re: radiator cap selection
Thanks John! when i got home and sat and thought about it.......it does seem logical that the hose is what is the culprit. so i am going to replace it with another Gates hose (the current one is 2 yrs old or so).....and for cheap insurance i will carry an extra cap! Thanks again for the input!!!!!!

radiator cap selection
hi--i am currently running a 16# Stant radiator cap on my car and it seems the upper radiator hose is always "swelled or ballooned" unless pressure is relieved, and after relieving the pressure from the system, the hose seems to be normal, but once you start the car it gets right back to &...

Re: 400 sbc water in oil
yes.....the 1004 Fel-Pro head gaskets had been double checked too to make sure they were for his block. that is also what is making me think he has something else going on with either a head or the block itself. it seems to be quite a bit of water that he is getting this milky sludge from and especi...

so what would be the general opinion if you should replace your front shocks for adjustables and are going to replace your front trick springs anyway due to ride height too low on one side---------should a guy just go ahead and buy the QA1 Stocker R coil over kit for the front or buy the shocks sepe...

Beyond--what type of coil-over set up are you using?--this would be another option for me also. just trying to weigh out any and all options i can use for the front of mine before season starts (less than 2 months here). QA1's set up only seems to have 1 for SBC and 1 for BBC and not real sure if th...

what brand of double adjustables are you going to be switching over to? i am actually thinking this would be a better option for me to calm front end down on launch instead of the shock pulling out too quick and i could have some form of adjustment to do this. wanna of those deals where you want the...
